This has been a week full of new things for me. I have been discovering different stuff right and left. I just can't figure out which is right and which is left and why Mommie and Papa didn't tell me about these things before. Life would have been so much easier.

This week I have finally been getting solid food (see the pix below). I also have been going places and meeting interesting, influential people. So, on with the pictures.

In my baths this week I figured out that if I kick my legs, I can help wash the floors, windows, and countertops. (This is a post bath shot, because if you saw the "in action" shot, Papa might get in trouble like George.)

George crashed his Jaguar again, and had to go to jail.

I'm so embarrassed.

Here is my new inch worm (thanks Tzachi and Lara). I wonder what it tastes like?

I'll get you!

Chomp, chomp, chomp.

I got one of the Hangaroos too, and now I'm gonna eat em. Tastes just like chicken!

Another tasty morsel to satisfy my insatiable hunger (I am a growing boy, after all).

Back to milk again? Thanks alot Annie Nannie.

This is my friend MaGr. I'm going to her wedding in a few weeks, but I'm never the groom, alas.

This is Cousin Maya. She has the best red hair ever. I hope I have hair like hers.

Is there no end to all of this baby torture?

Obviously not. Don't you know I am an Autumn, not a Summer. (Just joking, thanks Gram for my wunnerful new sweater.)

This is the first time that I am actually enjoying this swing. It helps that I can hold my head up now.

Oh the weight of the world is so crushing...

...but I don't have to worry about any of that stuff yet! See you next week!

Thanks to all of you who've taken the time to write to me. I don't get out much, so news from the outside world is always welcome.

This week I've been honing my grabbing and texture recognition skills and wearing as few clothes as possible; it's been pretty hot. I asked for an iced latté but they keep giving me the same old warm milk treatment day in and day out (not to mention night in and night out, ha ha) while they swill such delicacies as tea and Diet Coke®. Grownups can be so selfish sometimes!

Somebody complained that they never see Mommie on my page. Here she is! (She tells people I never cry, so now you all know she's a big liar.)

Hmmmmm...I smell something tasty.

Yum! This must be why they call me "honey" and "sweetie pie" and "baby cakes."

This is Papa giving me the finger.

I'm going outside now, and don't want to burn.

Doing my "rubber baby" imitation on Auntie Margie's shoulder.

My grampa is properly mesmerized by my scintillating dinner conversation. (Happy slightly belated birthday, Grampa!)

Bright eyed and bushy what?

Auntie Mac changed my diaper -- film at 11! ('Course, as you can see, that's all she put on me; she thinks, in her worldview, I should show as much skin as possible.)

I'm reading at 2 1/2 months, but I still need Auntie Mac to hold the book for me. I like reading about Curious George, but clearly the man in the yellow hat didn't believe in boundaries.

These Hangaroos are always waiting for me when I wake up.

Someone made a funny. It was probably me.

This is what I do while my parents are playing Scrabble... Zzzzzz. Boring!

This isn't the most flattering picture of my buddy Goba, but I look mahvelous.

Hello again, here I am, a week older. It's been an eventful week at my house, with a visit from Aunt Lev and, after that, the advent of my nanny, Auntie Mac. She helps take care of me, with the exception of diaper changing. Honestly, did you ever hear of a nanny who doesn't change diapers? She also supervises my parents in projects meant to improve my home environment. I heard my parents say they hoped I wouldn't describe these on the Internet.

My hobbies are about the same as they were last week, although I'm feeling a lot more social and have made a new friend who looks suspiciously like me (you'll see him/her/it in one of the pictures below). I weigh almost 13 pounds, sleep well, eat heartily, and don't mind too terribly much when my mom goes to work. Sometimes I go pick her up, and once I got to go in her office and play a game called "pass the baby." Well, let's get to the section you're all clamoring about -- the exhibits!

I'm getting sleepy.

Very sleepy.

Zzzzzzzzzzz.

That's Papa. He's cranky when he gets woken up. Me, I'm just a ray of (liquid) sunshine.

This is George and his Jaguar. Even with glasses, he still doesn't see very well.

Here I am looking adoringly at my dinner.

W-I-L-L-I-E S-O-L-L-Y.

Oh, mon petite chou, you are so very... hey, can't a guy have some privacy?

Zzzzzzzzz.

Trick or treat, smell my feet... (I always say it's better to put your foot in someone else's mouth than in your own.)

This is my friend Max. His little brother Adam is just a few months older than me, so he knows all about babies.

You're kidding... tell me again, what happens after I eat the apple?

Learning is fun with Auntie Mac -- and the little snake.

My parents, Mark and Wendy wanted me to make my own site, so my friends and family could see me on a regular basis, so here I am. I have opposable thumbs, but they don't work very well, so please excuse my typing. Some of my hobbies are eating, sleeping, pooping, yelling, and did I mention eating? I also like to play with red, black and white bugs that squeak. Bathtime is a good time for all, and sometimes I do this thing to pretend I am a fountain.

Here I am in my mom's lap.

This is me with my friend, Mr. Bun. You can read about him in "Goodnight Moon."

This is me and papa asleep on the couch. Papa helped me on the site by taking video (thanks Cousin Richie and Auntie Jackie) and then putting stills on his (soon to be my) Macintosh.

I especially like the taste of my activity mat!

This is me and my friend, Bossie, the cow.

I just woke up after being in the car. I like to drive.

Happy Birthday, America!

What do I look like, I was born yesterday? Well I was in the picture.

Me and papa thinks Macs are the greatest.

What are you looking at?

Oh, you were looking at me!

This is during dinner playtime. I make dining fun.

Here I am with my Cousin Richie.

Ah, there is nothing like clean, warm laundry.

Here is mommie and papa's new butcher block and lower cabinet. Thanks Wes!

Here you can see the butcher block and part of the upper cabinet.

This is mommie standing in front of the new upper cabinets over the fridge. Boring mommie!
